Family Ceramic Winter Mug Workshop

Bring the entire family to make a fun winter mug!

70 US dollars
Main Street

Service Description

In this 2-hour workshop, join your kiddo and make your own mug using Hand building techniques. Hand building allows you to create forms with clay and your hands, without using a wheel. The cost of $70 includes use of our tools, a brief hand building demonstration, enough clay to make your slab mug, glaze, and firing to make your mug food safe. Your mug will need to be kept at the studio to dry and then be fired in our kiln. We will then glaze your mug in one color of your choice. This process will take around 3 weeks total. We will contact you when your mug is ready to be picked up. Please make sure that you pick up your mug within 30 days after we let you know that it is ready to avoid your project being discarded. The details: Who: One adult and one child who is at least 5 years old. Each additional child is $15 What will you be doing? Making one fun ceramic winter mug. Where: The Art Diner, of course!
